#12. S.A.S. Top 10 tips on how to build your public speaking confidence.

Speaking About Speaking (S.A.S.) is a weekly opportunity for me and another fabulous speaker or speaker coach to discuss all things speaking.

Except for this previously LIVE episode, it was just ME, Jackie Goddard.

I decided that at the end of every 6-week block of LIVES, I would take over the 30-minute slot to answer questions from anyone out there that would like like to know my take on speakers, speaking, how to prep and how to perform.

This was my first solo performance. 😱  It was totally interactive and so there were questions like: How do you cope with nerves when talking to strangers at networking or in a social situation, and how do you deal with interruptions during a presentation?

All fabulous questions but in true Blue Peter style I had a list of my top 10 tips on how to build your public speaking confidence that I'd prepared earlier!
